What is the virtual exhibit hall, how does it work, and how do exhibitors interact with attendees? 

The virtual exhibit hall is accessible from the virtual conference landing page, and includes a space for your company name, logo, description, website address and a PDF brochure. The conference landing page will include a link for attendees to access your company's Zoom breakout room where exhibitors can connect directly with attendees. The conference agenda includes specific times for attendee/exhibitor interactions!

How many attendees does AAfPE anticipate?

We are expecting over 100 attendees at each of the regionals.

What should I provide as a giveaway?

Exhibitors and sponsors are encouraged to provide a prize to give away during the breaks, such as a virtual gift card that can be emailed to the winner, or a product your company ships to the winner.

We also ask that you promote the regional spring conferences to your customers and prospects. 

When do I need to be in the exhibit hall Zoom breakout room?

We ask that exhibitors are available to chat during designated exhibit hall breaks. 
 

When will I receive the pre- and post-conference attendee list?

Exhibitors and sponsors will receive the pre-conference attendee list one week before the conference, and the final one within three business days of the last day of the conference.
