AAfPE Guidelines on Advertising, Accessibility, and Data Privacy

Advertising in AAfPE Legal Educator Journal

All AAfPE print and electronic services and products are subject to the following general advertising requirements:

Relevance and Usefulness: Advertising content should serve the common interests of the readers and be of technical or informational value appropriate to the legal education community.

Editorial Context: Advertisements must be appropriate to the editorial context of the journal and consistent with the AAfPE brand. They should be clearly distinguishable from editorial content to avoid any confusion.

Editorial Independence: The Editor-in-Chief, editorial board members, and editorial staff must remain uninfluenced by advertisers or business staff in their decisions regarding the placement and merits of editorial content.

Disclaimer: The appearance of paid advertising in the journal does not constitute an endorsement by AAfPE of the product, service, or company involved. All advertising content must include a disclaimer regarding this.

Use of AAfPE Logo: The AAfPE logo shall not appear in any advertisement without prior written approval. Advertisers may not reference their advertisement’s appearance in the journal for collateral advertising purposes without authorization.

Advertising Authorization: Authorization to include advertising will not be granted if it reduces the overall value of the journal to AAfPE members or subscribers or is detrimental to the AAfPE brand.
