What is the virtual exhibit hall, how does it work, and how do exhibitors interact with attendees? 

The virtual exhibit hall is accessible from the virtual meeting landing page, and includes a space for your company name, logo, description, website, PDF brochure, and a video ad. Within your company’s “spot” in the exhibit hall is a chat, which attendees will use during designated breaks with exhibitors within the program. These chats are the best way for attendees and exhibitors to interact during the virtual conference.

How many attendees does AAfPE anticipate?

Although AAfPE has never done a virtual conference, we typically have nearly 200 attendees for our in-person National Conference.

What should I provide as a giveaway?

Exhibitors and sponsors are encouraged to provide a prize to give away during the breaks, such as a virtual gift card that can be emailed to the winner, or a product your company ships to the winner.

We also ask that you promote the 39th National Conference: A Virtual Experience, to your customers and prospects. 

What kind of video file do I need for the exhibit hall and when is it due?

The exhibit hall video needs to be mp4 file type. We need all video submissions by October 23, 2020.

When do I need to be in the exhibit hall chat?

The chat is available throughout the conference, we ask that exhibitors are available to chat during designated exhibit hall breaks.
 

When will I receive the pre- and post-meeting attendee list?

Exhibitors and sponsors will receive the pre-meeting attendee list one week before the meeting, and the final one within three business days of the last day of the meeting.
